How far in advance should we book you?
Most couples book 9-12 months ahead, especially for peak season (spring and fall). Popular dates go fast, so reach out as soon as you have a venue and date locked in. We can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines, just ask.
Do you offer photo, video, and DJ as a package?
Yes. Bundling all three under one team means seamless coordination on your wedding day. Your photographer, videographer, and DJ are already on the same page about timeline, key moments, and your vision. We offer flexible packages if you only need one or two services as well.
When will we receive our photos and video?
Edited photo galleries are typically delivered within 6-8 weeks. Wedding films take a bit longer due to the editing involved, usually 8–10 weeks. We’ll give you a clearer timeline based on your package and the season you’re married in.
How many hours of coverage do we get?
Coverage depends on your package, ranging from partial-day to full-day (typically 4-8 hours). We’ll help you map your timeline so coverage spans from getting-ready moments through the reception highlights you care about most.
Can we request specific songs for the DJ set?
Absolutely. Before your wedding we’ll go over your must-play list, do-not-play list, and key songs for moments like your first dance, parent dances, and entrance. Our goal is to read the room while honoring your taste.
What happens if you get sick or can't make it?
We have a reliable team with plenty of hands on deck and have a network of trusted professionals to ensure your day is covered no matter what. Your contract outlines exactly how we handle emergencies so you have peace of mind.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes, we love a destination wedding. Travel and accommodation arrangements are quoted based on location—just let us know where you’re headed and we’ll put together the details.
How do we reserve our date?
A signed contract and a retainer secure your date. The remaining balance is typically due before the wedding. Once you’re booked, we’ll start planning the details together to make your day exactly what you envisioned.
