Weddings by Originally Gabe (“Originally Gabe,” “we,” “us”) provides wedding photography, videography and DJ services from Orlando, Florida. This policy explains what personal information we collect through originallygabe.com and when you work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you use our contact or booking form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the package and add-ons you are interested in, your wedding date, your expected guest count and anything you add in the special requests field. We also keep what you send us by email, phone, text or social media, and the details needed for your contract if you book with us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your browser and device type, your approximate location and the site that referred you. This information is collected using cookies and similar technologies.
Spam protection. Our forms are protected by CleanTalk and Google reCAPTCHA, which analyze form submissions and browsing information to tell real visitors from spam bots.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share photos and video from weddings and sessions we cover in our portfolio, on our website and on our social media, as described in your contract. Our real-wedding blog posts focus on the venue and do not name couples. If you would prefer that we not feature your wedding, tell us and we will respect that.
We share information only with companies that help us run our website and business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and understand how the site is used, and YouTube may set cookies when you play an embedded video. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using our contact form.
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and keep accurate business records. If you book with us, we keep your contract and related information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When we no longer need information, we delete it.
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it by emailing hello@originallygabe.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state’s law; contact us and we will help. You can also opt out of non-essential emails from us at any time.
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information like payment card numbers through our contact form.
Our website links to other sites, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
