Photo, film, and the dance floor — one team, one timeline.

Hi, I’m Gabe. My full team covers your wedding day end to end — eight hours of photography, six hours of film, and six hours of DJ and MC work that keeps everyone where they need to be. You hire one vendor, you get one plan, and nobody has to play middleman on your wedding morning.

Connor & Liz — Dr. Phillips House, Orlando

what you'll see in it

Watch it on a phone with the sound on. The audio is the part most couples don’t think to ask about, and it’s the part they replay.

What makes this different

Four things I can say that most Orlando vendors can't.

Your DJ is running the day, not just the music.

Most DJs play songs and read the room. Mine also holds the timeline: he knows when the caterer needs plates down, finds your father before the toast, and gets the grandparents seated before the entrance. Couples without a day-of coordinator feel this immediately — the reception simply moves.

Storm season is our season.

September through December is the busiest stretch in Florida and the one where dates move. So a backup date hold is written into your contract at no cost, and if your day shifts for weather I move with you rather than charging a change fee. I plan my calendar around that reality instead of pretending it isn’t there.

One one timeline, one point of contact.

Photo, film, and sound come from one team that has worked the same weddings together for years. No competing shot lists, no photographer stepping into the videographer’s frame, no three separate emails asking what time the ceremony starts.

The engagement session is a rehearsal.

It’s included, and it isn’t a bonus gift — it’s how you get comfortable being photographed before the day that matters. By the wedding you already know how I work and I already know how you two stand next to each other.

Frequently asked

The questions couples actually ask me.

Something not here? Text me at 407-725-6749, I answer between 9 and 7 on weekdays.

Your contract includes a backup date hold from the day you book — I keep a second date open for you, no fee. If you move inside the same calendar year, everything transfers, including my team. If your venue floods and you have to go somewhere else entirely, I follow you there. September through December is the busiest and least predictable stretch in Florida, so I plan for it rather than charge for it.

Gladly. Anything inside 60 miles of downtown Orlando is included. Beyond that it’s $0.70 per mile round trip, and out of state I quote one flat number with lodging in it. I’ve shot Denver and St. Pete this year.

No, and you should be suspicious of anyone who says yes. Four people work your wedding: me on photo, a second photographer, a cinematographer, and your DJ/MC. We’ve worked the same weddings together for years, which is the actual value here — one plan, four people executing it.

$1,200 at signing holds your date. The remaining $4,800 can be paid in one balance 30 days out, or split into monthly payments across however many months are left before the wedding — no interest, no fee. Card, ACH, or Zelle.

If your venue provides one, great — we work alongside them. If not, plenty of my couples run the day on our timeline and their MC, and it holds. What we don’t do is set up your decor, handle vendor payments, or pin boutonnieres. If your day needs that, I’ll recommend two coordinators I trust.

Tell me on the night and we stay — $275 per additional hour, billed after, per service you want extended. Nobody packs up mid-dance floor and hands you an invoice at the door.

Yes — $2M liability, and I send the certificate of insurance to your venue myself as soon as you give me their contact. Backup gear for every camera, recorder, and speaker is in the van, always.
