Watch it on a phone with the sound on. The audio is the part most couples don’t think to ask about, and it’s the part they replay.
Most DJs play songs and read the room. Mine also holds the timeline: he knows when the caterer needs plates down, finds your father before the toast, and gets the grandparents seated before the entrance. Couples without a day-of coordinator feel this immediately — the reception simply moves.
September through December is the busiest stretch in Florida and the one where backup plans are needed. A backup plan is accounted for into your timeline, and if your day shifts for weather I move with you. We plan a wedding day around that reality instead of pretending it isn’t there.
Photo, film, and sound come from one team that has worked the same weddings together for years. No competing shot lists, no photographer stepping into the videographer’s frame, no three separate emails asking what time the ceremony starts.
It’s included, and it isn’t a bonus gift — it’s how you get comfortable being photographed before the day that matters. By the wedding you already know how I work and I already know how you two stand next to each other.
À la carte, added to your contract at booking or any time up to 30 days before. Most couples add one or two — usually hours and an album.

We don’t hold backup dates, and we’d be careful with anyone who says they do. A studio that’s actually booking its weekends can’t keep a spare one empty for every couple.
What we have instead is a bench. There are eight of us across photo, video, and DJ, so a date change that would knock out a one-person studio usually just changes who’s assigned to your day. Tell us the new date as soon as you have it, and we’ll rebuild your coverage from the full team. That includes hurricane season. We’re in Florida, and we plan for June through November every year.
Gladly. Anything inside 50 miles of downtown Orlando is included. If you’re still located in Florida, we do a 15% flat travel fee. Out of state, we do 25%, which would include everything we would need. I’ve shot Denver, TN, NC,SC, IL, Miami, and Tampa this year.
No, and you should be suspicious of anyone who says yes. Three people work your wedding: photographer, a videographer, and your DJ/MC. We’ve worked the same weddings together for years, which is the actual value here — one plan, three people executing it.
35% at signing holds your date. The remaining 65% can be paid in one balance 30 days out, or split into monthly payments through our partnership with Affirm. We accept Credit, Debit, and ACH
Most venues have their own for the venue. We recommend hiring a planner/coordinator separately with a team. What we don’t do is set up your decor, handle vendor payments, or pin boutonnieres. If your day needs that, I’ll recommend a team we trust and work well with.
Tell me on the night and we stay — $300 per additional hour for photo and dj, $375 for video, billed after, per service you want extended. Nobody packs up mid-dance floor and hands you an invoice at the door.
Yes — $2M liability, and I send the certificate of insurance to your venue myself as soon as you give me their contact. Backup gear for every camera, recorder, and speaker is taken care of.
