Planning guide · Packages
The real math, and what changes on the day, from a team that does all three.
Booking three vendors means three contracts, three deposits, three planning calls, and three people who meet for the first time on your wedding day.
Booking one team means one of each.
That’s the short version. Here’s the long one, with real prices, so you can decide for yourself.
The photographer and the videographer both want the same spot at the end of the aisle. The DJ announces the cake cutting while the photographer is outside doing family photos. Sunset portraits get scheduled on top of the grand entrance.
Nobody is bad at their job. They’re just working from three different timelines, and you or your coordinator end up in the middle.
Our photographer, videographer and DJ plan from one timeline. Three people work your day: one shoots, one films, and one runs the music and the mic.
The DJ also keeps the day moving. He knows when the caterer needs plates down, finds your dad before the toast, and gets the grandparents seated before the entrance. Since the DJ already knows where the camera needs to be, the photos and film stop competing with the party. We’ve done more than 200 weddings in the last 10 years this way.
Bundling isn’t always the answer. If you already booked a photographer you love, keep them. Some venues have a required vendor list, so check your contract before you book anyone. And if you only want one service, you don’t need a package.
We sell everything on its own too: photography from $1,200, film from $1,500 and DJ from $1,200, each for four hours.
With our prices, yes. The all-in-one package is $6,000, which is $450 less than booking the same hours separately. The six-hour photo and DJ bundle saves $100.

Yes. Photography starts at $1,200 and film at $1,500 for four hours, and you can book them together.
Not when they plan together. Ours work from the same shot list and the same timeline, so neither one ends up in the other’s frame.
No. Nobody on our team does two jobs at once. Each person does one thing all day.
One crew, one plan, one person to call. See if your date is open.
