Real 2026 numbers, what changes the price, and what we charge.
A lot of photographers don’t list prices. You fill out a form, wait a couple of days, and get a PDF.
We’d rather just tell you.
In Orlando, an experienced wedding photographer usually costs somewhere between $3,000 and $6,500 for the day, according to one local photographer’s 2026 pricing guide. Ours runs $1,200 to $2,400. Below is what drives the price, what you should get for it, and how to spend less without regretting it.
Hours are the big one. A full wedding day, from getting ready to the send-off, usually takes 6 to 8 hours to cover. Four hours is enough for the ceremony, family photos, portraits and the first part of the reception.
After hours comes experience, then extras: a second shooter, an album, travel. The time of year matters too. September through December is the busiest stretch in Central Florida, and popular Saturdays go first.
At minimum: a set number of hours, an online gallery of edited images you can download, and permission to print them. Ask how many edited images to expect. We put ours in writing: 200+ for four hours, 400+ for six, 600+ for eight.
Also ask what happens if the day runs long, who covers for them if they get sick, and how long you’ll wait for your gallery. A good photographer answers all three without hesitating.
The wedding day is the part you see. Before it there’s the planning call and the timeline. After it there’s sorting through thousands of frames and editing hundreds of them one at a time.
So when you see a $3,000 quote, you’re paying for the days of editing after your wedding as much as the hours at it.
Cut hours before you cut quality. A great photographer for six hours beats an average one for ten. If you need to trim, skip the early getting-ready coverage and keep the ceremony, family photos and the first hour of the reception.
Bundling helps too. If you also want film or a DJ, one team usually costs less than three vendors. Our all-in-one package is $6,000 for eight hours of photography, six of film and six of DJ/MC. Booked separately, those same hours come to $6,450.
Most experienced Orlando wedding photographers charge about $3,000 to $6,500 for a full day, based on one local 2026 pricing guide. Our photography runs from $1,200 for four hours to $2,400 for eight.
Six to eight hours covers a full day. Four works for a shorter wedding. For a courthouse wedding or elopement, two hours is usually enough.
It’s free with our six- and eight-hour packages (one hour). On its own, an engagement session is $600 for two hours.
Our wedding films start at $1,500 for four hours and our DJ packages at $1,200 for four hours. See our videography and DJ pages for every option.
With our prices, yes. The $6,000 all-in-one package costs $450 less than booking the same hours separately.
Tell us your date and how many hours you need, and we’ll give you a real price on the first call.
